YOU THRIVE ON WHAT YOU TOLERATE MOST

So our thoughts can be our worst enemy, that is if they are untamed.

There is that one story everyone loves. That story that never gets old. And mine is about the tale of the two wolves fighting each other within us.

An old cherokee  narrates to his grandson on the ordeal of two wolves constantly having a fight inside him.

One is good, generous, kind and altruistic.

The other is full of greed, hatred, violent and angry.

The grandson stops and pensively thinks about it and then asks the grandfather, "Which wolf wins?"

The grandfather retorts, "The one you feed."

So our thoughts can be our worst enemy, that is if they are untamed.

We re-energise and perpetuate our negative thoughts (jealousy, greed, revenge) when we tolerate them and breath more life into them. They in turn sap on our energy and thrust us into a bad mood.

Happy holidays with lots and lots of love💗💗💗
